Today we are one of the biggest specialty beer breweries in Belgium with 3 must visit historic breweries: PALM, RODENBACH & DE HOORN. Passion, craftsmanship and authenticity are key values throughout our organization. Since 2016 PALM Belgian Craft Brewers is part of the successful Dutch family owned BAVARIA brewery.

THE ROLE

  • You build and maintain excellent relationships with a selection of BELUX retail customers, focusing on joint value creation, innovation and category uniqueness;

  • You run the yearly commercial negotiations with these customers;

  • Together with the Sales Manager retail you co-create and implement the activation and promotional plan for BE retail;
  • You build and track the annual budget;
  • You analyze sales, consumer & market data in order to identify customer growth opportunities and boost sales;
  • In the implementation of the customer growth plans, you will be supported by the retail sales rep and the sales support teams. You will facilitate communication & follow up in order to make things happen.
  • You are part of the BE commercial team and your creativity, drive and inspiration are highly welcomed.

Functie eisen

  • master’s degree

  • at least 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG of which 2 years in a sales position for retail

  • externally oriented

  • acts like an owner

  • born communicator with the right social & networking skills

  • skilled negotiator keeping eye on long term sustainable customer relationships

  • contagious drive and enthusiasm

  • can do mentality, does not get stuck in the issue

  • strong analytical skills

  • fluency in Dutch, French & English
